Kitsune You scored 16 in Malice and 26 in Chaos! |
| You are the Kitsune, or “Fox demon,” the ultimate doer of mischief. Kitsune belong to a class of demons known as “Henge,” or animal shape-shifters, along with the Tanuki, or badger-demon. They are uncanny creatures who are notorious as much for their malevolence as for their wild and unpredictable behavior; a fox demon may help a human, only to betray him in deepest consequence at a later date. Kitsune are known to frequently possess women or pose as humans, causing chaos and catastrophe where ever they go. They are mischievous creatures who take great pleasure in playing terrible tricks on unsuspecting mortals; however, this behavior indicates that they are more perversely playful and apathetic to human suffering than genuinely evil and desirous of harm.

Pillow You scored 86 Softness and 45 Solidarity! |
| Without a doubt, you are a dreamer… So many dreams are within you. You have a good conscience and a clear and rational idea of how you want to live your life, and people never hesitate to put their head on your shoulder and cry a tear or two. Continue being a good listener, but stop being in the middle of all those fights and disputes! Your soft side mixed with your smarts are what will take you far. |

Well, it’s official, sometime in the past week or so “Serif”:/?s=serif has turned one year old — it’s hard to pinpoint since he was found and brough to the shelter. He’s no longer a kitten, though he still thinks he is. He also still thinks he’s tiny and not the hulking mass of naughtiness he is when he hops on my lap or stomach knocking the wind out of me.
*Happy Birthday Serif!*

Well, yesterday was finally my Reiki workshop and attunement. All I can say about it is that it was fucking awesome. The teachers were great and funny, the other students were really nice and supportive. When I got there, I thought that 8 hours to learn the hand placements and all was going to be very long and it was going to be in so much detail that it was going to be boring. How wrong was I. The day seemed to fly by. By the time of the first (of two) attunements, it was already 13:00. After the first attunement, we had lunch, and I was ravenous from the attunement. After that we learned hand placements for self-treatment and then had our second attunement. Each attunement was awesome. The teachers took turns giving us attunements, so we got one from each teacher. The energy I felt was absolutely mind blowing. While the teachers were working on my back during the attunement, I could feel the energy from their hands penetrating my back, and instead of just kind of traveling around like I usually feel, I could feel the Reiki filling my entire body. Such warmth. By the end of the second attunement I was burning up. I made a comment about feeling like I was in the flame of my candle that I lit. It was just crazy.
I’m very happy that I made this step in my life. It was time for me to make some changes and become more responsible and take an active part in my own health and healing. Reiki will definitely give me that ability. Now, just to practice and learn what all this energy feels like. And the experimentation will be fun too!

Okay, so it wasn’t exactly at the garage — which went fairly smoothly, for your information — but it was on the way home. I followed a “Dodge Intrepid(800×600 jpeg)”:http://www.autogaleria.pl/tapety/img/dodge/dodge_intrepid_es1_1998_01_s.jpg with “spinner hubcaps”:http://wheelfactoryonline.com/product.php?id=psxf20c. What they were doing on an Intrepid, I have no idea. It’s like me trying to pimp out my “‘94 Taurus(not mine)”:http://www.automart.com/vehicledetail/adid-15960313/1994/ford/taurus/bradenton/fl.

I just got a call from one of the Reiki teachers from “Hearts & Hands(Hearts & Hands Reiki, Bath ME)”:http://www.hearts-n-hands.com letting me know that everything is set for the workshop on Sunday. Barring an Earthquake that swallows Bath, or attacks from rabbid “chinchillas(Cute little beasts)”:http://www.chinchillas.com, I’ll be getting a Reiki training and attunement Sunday. I’m excited!

Just a random list of things I’ve noticed or done lately.
* I heard peepers for the first time this year.
* “Team America”:http://imdb.com/title/tt0372588/ is fucking hilarious and the soundtrack is awesome. America; Fuck Yeah! And I want a montage to make me better at things. And who knew puppets were into water sports and scat?
* Diet Coke sweetened with Splenda is awful; you still have the bitterness of the artificial sweetener, and you get a chemical aftertaste.
* “City of Lost Children”:http://imdb.com/title/tt0112682/ seems like a long movie. I remembered it as being much better than it is.
* “Shrek 2″:http://imdb.com/title/tt0298148/ has a lot of references to other popular movies, I notice new ones every time I watch.
