Recent Spammer Names

October 26th, 2006 by T-Fresh

A friend of mine started collecting these particular spammer names, and since I started receiving some of them, I’ve decided to start keeping track of them. I’ve posted about them before, but I thought I’d just refresh everyone’s memory.

Here are the latest ones!

  • Unperturbed R. Warrior
  • Tennessee B. Pok
  • Unexpectedly H. Catbird
  • Crystallizing M. Veneers
  • Coffeecake I. Wyomingites
  • Earp D. Impossibility

I want to know of the algorithm that produces these names. They’re pretty neat, though I still hate getting spam.

New geek-toy

SonyEricsson W810iLast week I got a new camera phone. It’s pretty sweet with a 2MP camera, slot for a Memory Stick Pro Duo, music player software, and a general small size. I’m still learning things about it, but so far I’m loving it. Check out some of the new photos from it here.

I’m a little disappointed with the limitations of the Cingular branded firmware, but there’s a cheap fix for that. Using an online service, and $9, I can unbrand it and get back all the original SonyEricsson-intended features like the activity menu and animated menus.

Petrol

October 4th, 2006 by T-Fresh

After having my car for 3 weeks, I finally had to fill the fuel tank for the second time. This time I figured out my actual miles per gallon I was receiving. The window sticker on the Corolla claimed to get 30/38 city/highway though the fine print claimed up to 35/44 city/highway. And now to end the suspense: I get *drum roll* 32.36 MPG! *applause* I didn’t think I’d get nearly that much. My old Taurus was getting maybe 20 on a good week, and I had to fill it every week. So I’m very happy with the new car, and the new gas mileage. It should prove to be a real money saver.

Check out Sugar Belly and his bamboo saxophone. Neat instrument, and the music sounds great!
